Studio Policies

To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please take a moment to review my booking policies before your appointment.

Early Bird Appointments

Appointments beginning before 8:00 AM are subject to an early bird fee. The fee varies depending on your appointment start time and applies to both in-studio and travel appointments.

Late Evening Appointments

Appointments beginning after 6:00 PM are subject to a late appointment fee. The fee varies based on the appointment start time and applies to both in-studio and travel appointments.

Guests & Children

To provide a relaxing, distraction-free experience, no extra guests or children are permitted during your appointment.

The only exception is for clients under the age of 18, who must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After the grace period:

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be required to pay the remaining balance in full before they are eligible to book another appointment.

Makeup Preparation

Please arrive with a freshly washed face free of all makeup, including any leftover makeup from the night before. This allows me to begin your appointment on time and achieve the best possible results.

Please note that makeup removal is not included in your appointment, and I am not responsible for removing leftover makeup.

Facial Hair

For the smoothest makeup application, I recommend removing any unwanted facial hair before your appointment. Facial hair removal is not included in your service, and I am not responsible for removing facial hair during your appointment.

Deposits & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred one time to a future appointment when you reschedule within the required 48-hour notice. Your new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of your original appointment date. After 30 days, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Group Appointments
For larger parties, all deposits are also non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your group appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice, as multiple appointment times have been reserved exclusively for your party. Please note that group deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another member of the group or to someone outside of the original booking.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. If you wish to rebook, a new non-refundable deposit will be required.

Group & Travel Appointment Same-Day Cancellations

For group and travel appointments, each time slot is reserved specifically for every member of your party. If a member of the group cancels at the last minute or on the day of the appointment, they will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance of their service, as that appointment time was reserved exclusively for them and could not be filled.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day appointments are welcome based on availability and are subject to an additional $30 same-day booking fee.
